Jerry Burnham from Metropolis IL has a beautiful PJ-260 completed in 2000.
It has a 295 HP Lyc engine. This is the second PJ Jerry has owned. He sold the first one to a friend in Metropolis and it is powered by a 180 HP Lyc. Jerry says the PJ flies beautifully. Jerry brought back several projects from California. The fuselages were first rate, beautiful works of art, built by a man in Califonia from a jig..This plane is built from one of those fuselages. Mike Townsley in Walford. Iowa now owns the other fuselage. Thanks to Mike for these pictures and information. Jerry does auto body work for a living and has built numerous other airplanes. He is quite a craftsman and says the key is to do something on your project every day.
